My Window Cleaner continues to shine a light on the cleaning industry
This month has been nothing short of incredible here for us all at My Window Cleaner. Filled with smiles, celebrations and SUN, December has not only been business as usual, but has also given us the long-awaited opportunity to come together as a network to remember what makes our innovative, van-based cleaning franchise so special. On 8th December, we welcomed our franchise network to sunny Marbella to raise a glass to both the shared and individual successes seen across the brand in 2022. As the first in-person conference we’ve been able to host since the beginning of the pandemic, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house as we reflected on how far we’ve come since 2020. And as we look to the future, it was also the ideal opportunity to share plans for further stepping up our operations in 2023 and beyond.
The three-day conference really was a family get together. But our family has grown – a lot – since we last saw each other in-person! And with one of our mantras being to recruit the right people as we grow, it was a proud moment to witness so much of the network meeting and socialising for the first ever time, and still feeling as close as we ever have done. Despite regular virtual social events, drink nights and masterclasses, senior franchisees were afforded the opportunity to share their stories with newer members of the network and help them conceptualise how to achieve further growth and success. With the conference contributing heavily to franchise development plans, our network are delighted to still be considered a part of the wider franchise operations.
These successes shared across the network in 2022 will continue to establish the brand as one of the most progressive cleaning franchises in the UK. This period of celebration is the ideal way to close our most successful year to date, and we can’t wait to use this as an opportunity to make next year and beyond even more fruitful for the My Window Cleaner franchise network. We have incredibly exciting plans and we’re equally taking so much away with us after what’s been a brilliant month for our fast-growing, people-driven franchise.
