Working in customer service had been Lee Young’s passion since the beginning of his successful career. “Customer service has always been at the forefront of my professional life – I love it,” explained Lee. “When we emerged from the difficulties of the pandemic, I decided I wanted to run my own business to make a difference in my community. And with the pull of the outdoors being great for my own physical and mental wellbeing, I realised the answer to push myself forward was actually to look back to my youth! My nan brought me up, so one of the top priorities for the business has been to give back and support those in the community with what they physically can’t do.
