A quick update....

I thought that you may like to have a quick update on activity over the last few weeks.

Firstly, our franchise business partner in Canterbury, Alan, has recently launched his business and has smashed his first month's business plan targets. The headlines are:

Alan's plan was to win 40 new customers in month 1. He achieved 68

Alan's plan was to achieve an average spend of £16.45. He achieved £33.10

Alan's plan was to achieve 45% of customers on a 4 weekly cycle. He achieved 48%

This was due to two factors in the main. Firstly, the pre-launch marketing campaign we organised for him was a great success & delivered the expected numbers. Secondly, his own great efforts in applying the marketing model and achieving a 99% win rate, in quoting new customers for work.

Month two is looking equally as promising; both Alan and his partner Charlotte, are also receiving some great feedback from customers on the quality of their work.

In other news, we have a new franchise partner launching their business in October. Josh is based in Bournemouth and will be attending multiple training courses on the build up to starting, including a course led by The Federation of Window Cleaners.

We look forward to working closely with Josh and are planning his pre-launch marketing campaign already.
